    We love breakfast smoothie bowls. Not only are they delicious, healthy and refreshing, they are so pretty to look at when you choose ingredients that are full of colour. With these Disney Princess smoothie bowls inspired by Belle, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Ariel and Jasmine, you’ll be looking forward to breakfast every day. Keep reading for the easy recipes!

    Belle-Inspired Smoothie Bowl

    The perfect power breakfast to kickstart your day in a magical way!

    BELLE-INSPIRED SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 frozen mango
    • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    • Splash of milk
    • 1/4 mango, sliced
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • 1/2 apricot, sliced
    • 2 tbsp granola

    Directions

    1. Blend the yogurt, frozen mango and milk together until you get a smooth consistency, then set aside.
    2. To assemble, place the mixture into a bowl and top with the sliced apricot, banana, mango and granola. Enjoy!


    Rapunzel-Inspired Smoothie Bowl

    RAPUNZEL-INSPIRED SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    • Splash of milk
    • 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • 3 orange slices
    • Edible purple flowers

    Directions


    1. Blend the raspberries, yogurt and milk together until you get a smooth consistency, then set aside.
    2. To assemble, place the mixture into a bowl and top with the orange slices, banana, pistachios and edible flowers. Enjoy! (Doesn’t it resemble Rapunzel’s flower braid?)
    Cinderella-Inspired Smoothie Bowl

    The perfect power breakfast to kickstart your day in a magical way!

    CINDERELLA-INSPIRED SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    • Splash of milk
    • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
    • 1/4 cup peach slices
    • White dragon fruit
    • Coconut flakes

    Directions


    1. Blend the yogurt and blue spirulina powder together, then set aside.
    2. Blend the frozen banana with the milk until you get a smooth consistency.
    3. To assemble, fill half of the bowl with the blue spirulina yogurt mixture and the other half with the banana mixture.
    4. Decorate with the peach (that’s the “pumpkin”) and dragon fruit cut into the shape of a glass slipper. Sprinkle coconut flakes on the top and enjoy! 
    Ariel-Inspired Smoothie Bowl

    ARIEL-INSPIRED SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1/4 frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    • Splash of milk
    • 6 cherries
    • 8 kiwi slices
    • 3 banana slices

    Directions


    1. Blend the raspberries, blueberries, yogurt and milk together until you get a smooth consistency, then set aside.
    2. To assemble, place the mixture into a bowl and top with cherries, the kiwi slices arranged in the shape of a mermaid’s tail and banana slices cut into the shape of shells. Enjoy!

    Jasmine-Inspired Smoothie Bowl

    JASMINE-INSPIRED SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 of a small avocado 
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
    •  Splash of milk 
    • 1/2 of a plum, sliced 
    • Banana slices 
    • 5 raspberries 
    • 4 blackberries

    Directions

    1. Blend the avocado, banana, yogurt and milk together until you get a smooth consistency, then set aside.
    2. To assemble, place the mixture in a bowl and top with plum, banana, raspberries and blackberries. Enjoy!
