Ingredients
- 20g Unsweetened Cornflakes
- 30ml Unsalted Butter
- 30ml Organic Honey
- 5g Almonds
- Pan
- Bowls
- Cupcake moulds
Directions
Heat butter over medium heat. When butter melts, add honey and mix well. Once honey and butter mixture begins to thicken, little air bubbles will appear.
Remove pan from heat and add cornflakes into the mixture. Add almonds to the mixture as well.
Place the cornflakes into mini cupcake moulds. Bake in the oven for 170 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes. Allow it to cool before serving.
