SOAR TO DELICIOUS HEIGHTS WITH DUMBO’S CIRCUS PEANUT BUTTER CLUSTERS

A delightfully crunchy treat inspired by the little elephant’s favourite snack – peanuts!
Step right up! Step right up! Sweet as can be, this tasty take on Dumbo’s favourite snack is sure to delight your little ones. Dumbo’s circus peanut butter clusters are easy to make, and the perfect size for sharing. Keep reading for the recipe!
Ingredients
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup honey
• 3-4 cups toasted oat cereal
• Parchment paper
Helpful Tip
All use of appliances should be done by an adult.
Directions
- Pour honey and peanut butter into a large, microwave-safe mixing bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and stir.
- Measure cereal into a separate bowl.
- Using a large wooden spoon, break the cereal into smaller pieces. This will create some texture in your clusters.
- Mix cereal pieces into the honey and peanut butter.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray.
- Using a greased spoon, scoop 2 to 3-inch clusters onto parchment paper.
- Place in refrigerator to set for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and shape into perfect spheres before serving.
